Return Window
You may return your item within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Customized or personalized products
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
